The minimum age of a competitor is 16 years old, or 11 within the privateer’s event when accompanied by a responsible guardian of at least 18 years old. The Insurance conditions laid out in clause 3.1 will apply regardless of age.
During competition hours no noncompeting crew members are permitted to be on board unless they are
pre-approved media.

Yes there is a slipway for use during the competition. Marine diesel, and unleaded are available on the fuel pontoon between 07:00 and 22:00 hours via the marina’s attended service, bottled gas can be obtained from the onsite chandlery.
The Angling Live app can be downloaded free of charge via the app store or the google play store. A practice will be available prior to the competition, the app is designed to be angler friendly, simply log in using the details provided to you by the competition organisers, once you have caught a fish take a picture on your phone with the fish correctly placed on the official measure (full details on how to measure a fish can be found in the rules) open the app, click “add fish’ and submit.
Do not worry if you do not have a strong signal, continue to upload as instructed and the fish will upload to HQ as soon as you have a signal, we recommend that you take back up photos of all fish caught.

Conwy Marina
Marina Offices, registration will take place here on Friday and Saturday. For Privateers who cannot make the Saturday Registration there will be very limited availability on Sunday morning, this will be arranged prior, you must contact us to arrange in advance and be given a time slot.
Boat check will be paused to allow you time to rectify prior to the competition start and a re-check will take place.
