Team Sea Jay is excited to be participating in the BoatLife Fishing Championship in Conwy on Sunday 19th May 2024, and is dedicated to being as sustainable as possible by reducing their carbon footprint and protecting our marine environment.
As a commitment to this, Team Sea Jay has taken BoatLife’s sustainability pledge and will take eco-friendly actions during the event.
The skipper of Sea Jay is certified carbon literate and as a result has a full understanding of their impact on the environment.
They also have personal and work related commitments to reduce our carbon footprint. The team will arrive at the event in the skipper’s EV car that has been charged at home using, when possible, solar energy generated from 21 solar panels installed on the roof of the skipper’s home.
